Vodacom: Technical Support Agent

The successful agent will provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries. Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner while maintaining an excellent customer service


  • Provide 1st level technical support to fibre clients
  • Provide exceptional client service
  • Assist clients with fibre related queries
  • Check Geographical fibre installation
  • Liaise with clients to secure installation dates
  • Interface with internal stake holders to ensure resolution


  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Listening and comprehension
  • Strong problem-solving skills


  • Matric
  • 6 months to 1-year minimum experience
  • Customer service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5,000.00 to R6,000.00 /month
