The incumbent is required to provide professional and credible legal advice and effective legal support on all corporate,
concession (tender, negotiations and contracting), commercial matters and related processes (including administrative law,
national ports act and Competition Law), contractual matters, and legal risk issues by providing legal direction, management
and leadership to all relevant stakeholders in TNPA.
