Job Functions: Administration,Facilities & Property Manager
Database management for Facilities Management System –initial clean-up of vendor and other data as well as continuous upkeep of data integrity on the system.
Updating and maintaining user database for the system.
Vetting of suppliers and information and linking to specific branches and areas.
Verification, uploading and upkeep of building related details.
Assistance with manual invoicing & payment processes between system and Finance department.
Administration functions for projects regarding new offices and relocation of offices such as filing, keeping stakeholders informed and verification of relevant documentation.
Input and upkeep of incident register.
Correspond with internal and external clients and diarising follow ups.
General office administration assistance
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
3 –5 Years administration experience.
Project administration experience.
Good communication and interpersonal experience.
Ability to work accurately.
