The Role
RTT Distribution invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the Operations Services Representative position based at the Jet Park branch. The role is responsible for managing customer’s portfolio’s by offering a desired service in order to ensure efficient product delivery in line with RTT’s Service Level Agreement.
Skills and Experience
– 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar environment – Valid code 08 driver’s license – Knowledge of business and logistics principles involved in planning, resource allocation, and coordination of drivers and resources – Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Key Accountabilities
– Administer support to VIP consignee’s – Monitor service delivery to VIP customers – Build and manage relationships with consignees receiving staff – Understand the customers’ business in order to provide an effective service – Liaise with drivers to identify issues – Accompany the driver in order to identify issues – Undertake courtesy visits to consignee receiving staff – Investigate matter – Establish reasons for problems at the backdoor – Liaise with customer and consignee in order to resolve issues – Keeping the consignee updated on progress of issues to be resolved – Provide ongoing assistance to consignee – In the case of shortages provide an on-the-job service resolution/ express resolution -Schedule visits to customers weekly – Amend list to attend to adhoc queries from unscheduled client – Strive to ensure that the SLA with the customer is maintained in order to retain them – Reduce RTT delivery turnaround time at the consignee’s Reports – Submit a daily customer visits schedules – Submit a report on problems identified and rectified – Submit a daily timesheet

Qualifications
Grade 12 Senior Certificate (Matric) – Management Qualification would be an advantage
