MAIN PURPOSE OF THE
To provide in-house events services by ensuring boardrooms and
kitchen facilities are properly maintained.
Prepare boardrooms for meetings to ensure internal and external
Maintain all kitchen facilities to ensure neatness and hygienic
Maintain Coffee/tea watercooler stations to provide daily
refreshments to internal customers
Perform end of the day tasks to ensure equipment are switched-off
, boardrooms and kitchen facilities are kept neat
Perform administrative tasks
Matric (NQF Level 4)
0 – 1 year working experience.

Basic Computer skills
