A contract (3 months) opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Administrator to join the HR Services team in Bryanston. The successful individual will be required to manage all administration related to recruitment, and assist the Recruiters with setting up interviews, booking assessments, supporting with recruitment administration and related functions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide system administration support.
Maintain and update candidate details and CVs onto the database.
Assist with sourcing candidates through various recruitment job boards and alternative methods.
Advertise vacancies on internal and external career portals.
Process risk checks for candidates as required by the recruitment team.
Conduct accurate and detailed references.
Co-ordinate and book interviews.
Co-ordinate and request assessments.
Accurate record keeping of all recruitment related documentation.
Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
Generate Letters of Appointment.
Be the responsible person to handle any incoming calls for recruitment from either agencies or candidates.

At least 2 years recruitment administration experience including dealing with admin processing essential
Experience in a corporate environment required
Minimum Qualifications Required
A completed tertiary qualification (Diploma / Degree) advantageous
Proficiency on Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Exposure or experience working on a candidate tracking or e-recruitment system
Knowledge of job boards (PNet/ Career Junction) advantageous
