The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for implementing quality assurance in various departments in order to address gaps between business processes and the requirements of the organisations’ customers. The Quality Assurance Analyst delivers, maintains and seeks to improve QA measures, processes and tools which drive and support high quality engagement by the business with its customers.
experience and qualifications
- Minimum Qualification – Grade 12
- Preferred Qualification – Certificate in Total Quality Management
- Experience – Minimum of two years’ business experience in a service environment Thorough understanding of business processes and customer service
