JOB PURPOSE:

Ensuring procurement of goods and services,
Ensuring warehouse operations and stock management.
Establish long term service agreement with local suppliers.
Place orders within strict deadlines.
Review price variances.
Solving problems in a timely, cost efficient and sustainable manner.
Working with internal operations and maintenance department as well as external vendors, contractors and sub-contractors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certificate in Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Diploma
3-5 Years experience working as a Procurement Officer
Good administration skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Time management skills
Negotiation skills
Knowledge with ERP able to write technical reports.
