Job Purpose
BPL seeks to employ an operations admin clerk in their Bloemfontein facility, the successful candidate must have knowledge of warehouse administration as well as receiving experience, the preferred candidate must be a self starter and willing to learn and assist towards the objectives of the facility.

Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 or equivalent
2-3 years experience
Experience in warehouse administration
Experience in the receiving of goods
Data capturing experience

Key Responsibilities
Administering all Contract Logistics related documents as per current Processes
* Obtain Documents from the relevant source
* Verify the completeness and accuracy of information on the documents
* Investigate and effect corrections where necessary
* Liaise with clients ensuring receipt of their orders, and confirmation of their receipts
* Scan relevant documents to the client (GRV’s and / or POD’s)
* Capture data into the relevant WMS (Warehouse Management System)
* Distribute required reports to internal and external clients
* File documentation in appropriate accurately identified files
* Receive relevant SARS Documentation from the relevant Channels (both Inbound and outbound related)
* Confirm the accuracy of every SARS related document
* Investigate and effect corrections where necessary
* Provide copies of the relevant documents to either Contract Logistics Receiving or Contract Logistics Despatch
* Update the Bond Register within two working days, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information captured
* Conduct Bond Register Stock Counts on a weekly basis, ensuring that all bonded stock is counted a minimum of once per month
* Maintain all records required for accurate and on time billing of clients at month end
* Administer the accurate and timeous billing of clients at month end

Adhere to security & safety requirements, legislation, policies and procedures
* Keep up to date with all new developments applicable to scope of own job
* Operate within the requirements
* Immediately notify departmental supervisor and / or manager of any transgressions
