Junior Customer Service Agent

We are looking for junior customer service agents to join our team in Rosebank.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a call centre role (Digital, Litho, Online print background)
  • Account management experience – advantageous
  • Internal sales experience– advantageous
  • Experience on different platforms i.e ticketing system, chat, telephone
  • Knowledge on how to navigate Google online
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate typing skills of 30 WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication


  • Able to manage the client’s views efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Create WOW moments through friendly service
  • Ensure high service levels by:
  • Maintaining a 4.6 ticket rating
  • Completing a minimum of 13 tickets per hour
  • Ensuring that ticket response time is < 30 minutes
  • Maintaining a < 5% missed call average per day
  • Doing 12 quote follow-up calls per day
  • Onboarding 10 clients per day
  • Completing all tickets by COB
  • Assisting fellow Printulian’s when needed
