@@[email protected]@To mitigate company risk by executing route assignments through daily dispatching and debriefing of drivers and [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Coordinate the dispatch process per route and physically debrief of each route in order to support increased customer service and improve efficiencies in the [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Responsible for tracking the dispatching and debriefing the drivers for a specific [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Management and control of capital and operations costs and all immovable and moveable assets within the scope of [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@/[email protected]@
Key Responsibilities:Vehicle Dispatch:@@[email protected]@
@@[email protected]@Administer and monitor the uploaded system route allocations on a daily [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Ensure that the vehicles are dispatched according to the agreed [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Responsible for issuing all relevant documentation to the driver including equipment vehicle keys, fuel cards, thermometers, and navigational [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Check company resources and staff meet company standards as per the Daily Vehicle Checklist [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Ensure the tracking trip sheet is correct as per the physical situation in terms of driver, vehicle and other resources before the vehicle leaves the [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Update or correct trip information on the Tracking system before vehicle leaves the [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@/[email protected]@
Driver Debriefing:@@[email protected]@
@@[email protected]@Monitor real time fuel consumption, speeding, braking and other driving and vehicle performance exceptions prior to vehicle returning to the [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Note exceptions of route in prereturn on the Tracking system e.g. Door openings outside [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Liaise with Tracking on road Execution [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Retrieve the printed Debrief document and correct daily vehicle checklist prior to the drivers’ [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Debrief the drivers as they [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Discuss, resolve and record any [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Walk the vehicles to confirm no damage or issues as per the Daily Vehicle [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Get the driver to sign the Trip sheet, Debrief document and Daily vehicle [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@[email protected]@Collect vehicle keys, fuel cards, thermometers and navigational tools in line the agreed business [email protected]@/[email protected]@@@/[email protected]@
