My client national retail outle, based in Somerset West has a 3 month contract available for a Labour and Stock Administration Clerk at their Head Office for a candidate with an Accounting degree or diploma and advanced Excel skills.
Responsibilities:

Update and send labour rosters to stores weekly

Update and send various other analysis documents to stores

Communicate regularly with stores to ensure all rosters and various other analysis documents are uploaded and/or sent back

Assist stores with problems encountered with rosters and analysis documents

Report the status and discrepancies of the rosters and analysis tools

Monitor daily/weekly labour against the rosters and the forecast

Report the variances on the rosters and targets for labour and stock regularly

Verify the accuracy and completeness of the data uploaded/received

Supply raw data/reports requested by colleagues

Give assistance to projects for the FP&A department

Get quotes and information for procurement purposes when required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Clerk

Very good knowledge of MS Office and databases

Attention to detail

Organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reliability and strong work ethics

Grade 12 certificate including accounting diplomas
