in private security industry advantageous
Perform monthly payroll processes such as capturing
timesheets on to payroll system, updating reports, checking and reconciling
Complete, verify and process benefits forms and
documentation (sicknotes, leave etc.).
Accurate capturing and processing of employee information
Accurate and timeous submission of payroll reconciliations,
queries and reports to Management.
Review and update batches processed.
Confirmation of Employment Monthly reporting – Bonuses,
leave and deductions
Handle payroll-related queries where appropriate (which
includes SARS queries, leave and salary administration queries etc.)
Loading salary batches on the bank
Ensuring overtime is recorded correctly and payroll is
loaded and paid timeously.
Liaising with accountants
and assisting with auditors.
Processing invoices, credit notes, purchase orders etc
Going through supplier and customer accounts, ensuring everything
is allocated to the correct codes and balances
Checking of current procedures and providing improvements
Ensuring Vat submittals are accurate and on time.
Attending to all tax related queries.
