• To implement and maintain the admin, financial, loss control, Health and Safety, and HR systems in the branch. • To implement and maintain the admin systems, procedures, and policies. To implement and maintain financial budgets. • To implement and maintain the loss control systems. To ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Housekeeping standards. • To implement and maintain the HR systems, procedures, and policies.

Lease Agreement Administration 6. Create and post journals 7. Handle queries related to recoveries 8. Prepare schedule related to interdivisional entries
Qualifications Essential: • Grade 12 (with accounting desirable)
Experience Essential: • Three years’ work experience in a property administration role.
Knowledge and Skills
Essential: • Accounting knowledge (debits / credits)
