Introduction

Our client, a reputable automotive parts components organisation, is looking for a Marketing & Admin Assistant to join their team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and co-ordination of the departments activities, and assist the Marketing Manager with organising various projects!
  • Purchase orders
  • Sponsorship request forms
  • Ordering of uniforms
  • Uploading data into the accounting system when required
  • Arranging Welcome Package gifts for new employees
  • Ensuring all organograms and certificates are showcased
  • Arrange board room meetings
  • Arrange meetings for Marketing Manager
  • Monthly Audit of POS stock
  • All digital social media
  • Mailchimp – ensure email addresses are up to date on the database
  • Website maintenance
  • Blogging – finding exciting news to write about
  • Traditional advertising
  • Ensure all branches have showkits and all in good order
  • Drafting internal policies & procedures

 

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Relevant Marketing Degree / Diploma
  • Digital Marketing experience within a technical / manufacturing environment
  • Social media marketing (Blogging, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc)
  • Use of Mailchimp for newsletters
  • Database administration
  • Min 3 years experience within a marketing role
  • Good understanding of office management & marketing principles
  • Ability to organise, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
  • Attention to detail is very important
  • Good administration skills
  • Ability to learn technical information

 

Package & Remuneration

Salary R14 – R15 000 pm – (includes pension)
