Busy Tyre Franchise looking for a Sales Manager with qualified experience.

· Develop and implement the
Sales strategy in order to achieve revenue and sales targets

· Oversee and drive the Action
Plans of Area Manager/Regional Manager

· Establish, monitor and manage
performance goals for all sales driven employees to ensure focus on corporate
strategic goals and achievement of targets

· Monitor & analyse sales
and marketing trends

Manage the launch of new products and ensure sales staff have
sufficient product knowledge to effectively market and sell same.· Strategize to improve
performance by engaging sales and alignment staff

· Plan and participate in new
business launches/activations and wellness days

· Seek out and target new
customers and new sales opportunities and initiate action plans to approach and
secure new business for the company

· Guide (coach and mentor) the
Sales and alignment staff in meeting revenue targets

· Implement and ensure that sales
processes are well managed and ensure customers are delighted for attraction
and retention

· Implement sales and marketing

· Analyse management reports on
product performance and sales and give input to Senior Managers

· Set and monitor KPI and targets
for all subordinates

· Assist in
identifying, interviewing and training new recruits on all aspects of the

· Ensure all staff adhere to set

· Performance manage staff and
sales divisions in line with corporate and personal targets

Plans and Organises Resources

Ensure certification of vessels (with
the assistance of representatives)

Analyse stock levels and general stock


& assess individual & team objectives / targets / measures /

Administer Reports / Documents

Control credit notes

Analyse days invoicing (day end)

Generate, follow up & resolve TEC’s
