Sales Manager – Clothing and Hosiery Manufacturing

Our client is looking to recruit a vibrant, well networked and experienced Key Account Manager/ Sales Manager for a position at their medium manufacturing operation in Cape Town.

The core of this role is to manage retailer accounts and develop new opportunities, on a national basis, as well as managing a small but efficient sales team, working remotely.

You must have completed a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, coupled with 5 plus years experience in managing key retail accounts, such as Pick ‘n Pay, Spar, etc

You must be have a solid understanding of the principals of merchandising, negotiating shelf space and securing new business within this sector

A proven track record in developing marketing and sales strategies, as well as a small team, coupled with a hand on approach to customers is essential

You MUST have your own reliable transport, be fluent in English and computer literate, with Advanced Excel.
