East Rand – PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing drive through the execution of the company marketing and sales strategy via sales
The incumbent is responsible for the management of existing clients as well as the active acquisition of both new clients and the identification of new target markets and opportunities for business development and growth. The incumbent is expected to actively seek out new clients through visits, attendance of functions as well as presentation of the company products and services to existing and potential clients.

Key requirements:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (essential)
A relevant technicaltertiary qualification/progress towards a relevant tertiary qualification
Experience in the paint/coatings Manufacturing and raw materials is a must

Experience:

2 to 5 years relevant experience with specific knowledge gained in the paint industry.
A working knowledge of the technical aspects of the paint process beneficial.

Skills & Attributes:

Target driven.
Proven track record.
Ability to conduct presentations to prospective clients.
Knowledge of MS packages.
Interpersonal abilities.
Self-starter – able to work independently.
Strong team player able to interact with a multi-disciplinary team.
Administrative acumen.
