Our business is growing and we have a position available for Sales Manager at our Blue Downs office.

Responsibilities

· Grow and manage the sales team.

· Conduct sales meeting and provide training.

· Unlock new business and recruit new agents.

Experience and Qualification

· Marketing and sales experience

· Self-motivated and self-managed.

· Ability to work independently and within a team.

· Strong and demonstrable negotiation ability.

· Tenacious and resilient.

· Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

· Ability to recognise opportunities.

· Assertively confident yet humble.

· Reliable own vehicle.

· Laptop

Position available immediately. Basic salary plus incentive
