Risk Dispute Officer – Cape Town


Global Trading Platform is seeking to employ a Risk Dispute Officer to join the Finance Team!

Duties & Responsibilities

Job Summary

The ideal Candidate will be responsible for drafting dispute documentation, bank letters and overseeing the risks on client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Leads the identification, communication, measurement, and management of company-wide risk
Evaluates and provides recommendations regarding selection of policies
Partners with all departments regarding incident reports and claims or losses
Responsibe for taking complaints and enquiries from the public, dealing with industry members, resolving disputes through conciliation and investigation and other Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methodologies.

Desired Experience & Qualification

2 – 3 Year experience in a similar role.
Analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Strong Microsoft Excel abilities.
Attention to detail.
Must be adaptable & learn quickly.
Able to multitask & show initiative.
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must have at least intermediate excel skills, have an understanding of Google sheets and Gmail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Package & Remuneration

R15 000 to R20 000 per month
