Duties & Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

Must have Minimum 5+ years Rewards and Incentive Management experience

Must have strong capability for content and communications management and staff management.
Must have experience in working with creative teams, briefing experience preferred.

Qualifications

Communications of the programmes and promotions from concept to close including all communication, design collateral, post campaign analysis and reporting whilst ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Proactively develop, edit, and implement rewards and eLearning Programme online content calendar including posting, responding to and moderating communications on the online rewards portal, analysis and reporting thereof.
Management and guidance of agencies relating to communications development, member queries and reporting.
Analyse technology trends, statistical reports and member needs to identify new techniques and ensure optimal programme design.
Drives the design and management of incentive compensation programs in a multi-channel environment including plan design (component weightings), financial modelling, performance scorecards, and recognition programs.
 Evaluate opportunities for increased associate engagement generated through marketing and sales organizations.
 Develop business cases for new associate incentive programs including investment requirements, revenues, and costs; assess competitive positioning; work with cross-functional teams to define high level operational requirements. Make recommendations on those opportunities.
Understand industry developments, competitor incentive plans and positioning, and trends in associate behaviour and incentives.
Assist other functional areas in the planning and preparation for new products and services to ensure a successful adoption of associate behaviours necessary for the success of the business.
Knowledgeable and involved with any project that requires sales incentive information or participation.

 

Qualifications

 

Minimum qualification – BCom in Marketing or any senior related qualification.
