A dynamic financial services Practice in Maitland requires a presentable, sharp, motivated individual with drive and initiative.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
General office administration
 Data capturing
 Receptionist
 Invoicing
 Filing & scanning of documents
 PA function
 General correspondence with clients
 Phone calls to SARS / deregistration’s with SARS
 Debt collection
 Ordering of stationery

REQUIREMENTS:
 Drivers license (at least 2 years driving experience)
 Computer literate in Microsoft Word & Excel
 Reception / telephonic experience
 Good conversational skills
 Punctual
 Neat, professionally presentable & organized
