Claremont based agency requiring an office manager / team leader to join South Africa’s #1 real estate franchise!

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Successfully completed the PDE Exam
  • Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an office manager and team leader
  • Candidate to have extensive knowledge regarding long term rentals, short term rentals and sales
  • Candidate to have a good understanding of Payprop financial management system
  • Good people skills and be experienced in dispute resolution

Required Skills:

  • office manager : 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Basic accounting skills and familiar with accounting programs like Payprop
  • Experience in rental management including lease agreements and the various rental acts
  • Managerial skills – working with experienced and inexperienced agents.
  • Giving training to intern agents
  • Reporting to upper management
  • Skills in managing a sales team and motivating agents including setting targets
  • Presentable and experienced with dispute resolution
