Claremont based agency requiring an office manager / team leader to join South Africa’s #1 real estate franchise!
- Valid driver’s license
- Successfully completed the PDE Exam
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an office manager and team leader
- Candidate to have extensive knowledge regarding long term rentals, short term rentals and sales
- Candidate to have a good understanding of Payprop financial management system
- Good people skills and be experienced in dispute resolution
- office manager : 4 to 5 years
- Computer literate
- Basic accounting skills and familiar with accounting programs like Payprop
- Experience in rental management including lease agreements and the various rental acts
- Managerial skills – working with experienced and inexperienced agents.
- Giving training to intern agents
- Reporting to upper management
- Skills in managing a sales team and motivating agents including setting targets
- Presentable and experienced with dispute resolution
