Currently we are searching for a Project Administrator for Johannesburg, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
  2. Create and update workflows.
  3. Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals.
  4. Conduct risk analyses.
  5. Order resources, like equipment and software.
  6. Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  7. Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies).
  8. Track expenses and predict future costs.
  9. Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
  10. Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
  11. Measure and report on project performance.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. BSc in Business Administration or related field.
  2. Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role.
  3. Knowledge of project management software (e.g. Trello or Microsoft Project).
  4. Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules.
