Established fruit marketing concern is seeking to employ a Receptionist / Financial Administrator to report to the Group Financial Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of clerical, secretarial and financial duties

Key responsibilities will be:

General office admin
• Orders and purchases (staff refreshments, cleaning materials, stationery)
• Processing (data capture, typing, filing)
• Attendance registers
• Meeting room bookings
• Post, courier
• Co-ordination and management of general office maintenance
• Birthdays
• Stationary
• Refreshments
• Leave input for office employees

COVID-19 Compliance including arranging
• Office cleanliness
• Sanitisation
• Procedures
• Communication

Reception and Telephone
• Visitors/suppliers/service providers
• Reception (SW site)
• Telephone (SW and Vyeboom sites)

Pool vehicle administration
• Bookings for staff
• Services
• Manage pool vehicle register

Clerk
Vodacom
• Nedlfeet summaries
• Company Car Registers (km’s etc)
• Creditors invoices

• Creditors recons
• Credit card summaries
• Insurance – summaries & monthly invoices
Traffic fines
• Petty cash summary/journals/invoices
• Bank account processing
• License Fees
• Other processing

Financial
• Creditors
• Cashbook
• Purchase orders
• Reconciliations
• Reporting
• Operating expenses
• Posting Journals

Personal / Other Skills
• Computer skills (MS Office)
• High proficiency in English and Afrikaans. 3rd language beneficial

Qualifications / Experience Required
The candidate should have:
• Matric
• A financial certificate or background in finance
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a financial/ reception role
• Practical secretarial experience and knowledge advantageous
