Well established national company has a vacancy for an Office Administrator / Office Manager for their Pretoria based office. Please note that due to the nature of the work it is essential that the candidate is fluent in Afrikaans and English.
The main focus of this position is for the candidate to take charge of the Pretoria based office as you will mainly be at the office alone. The Consultants will only be at the office 1 x day per week. Duties will include but not limited to:

Stock control

Confirmation of appointments

Arranging of courier services

Telephonic marketing / cold calling to promote the company’s products (Afrikaans and English)

Ensure office cleanliness

Emailing and general correspondence

In return, a competitive salary is on offer. Please note that this is an office bound position and that you must be able to work unsupervised. A minimum of 5 years working experience is essential. Candidate must currently reside in the Pretoria area.
