Position exists for a HR Administration Assistant with min Grade 12 and 1 – 2 years experience within an office environment. HR qualification advantageous. The successful candidate will have a professional appearance along with excellent communication skills.
Duties will include:

Typing of documentation

Diary management and scheduling of appointments

Screening telephone calls

Data capturing

Extensive liason with various parties

Relief reception

Requirements

Min Grade 12

A relevant HR qualification will count in your favour

Must be fully bilingual with an excellent comand of the English language

Excellent verbal and witten communication skills

High energy

Ability to work under pressure

Own vehicle and licence required
