My client, a well established and reputable concern within the agri industry is seeking to employ an Administrative Logistics Coordinator with a relevant qualification and 1 – 2 years experience.
Duties will include:

Develop relationships with transporters and clients

Keeping clients informed regarding status of cargo

Follow-up with trucks to determine ETA

Communication with suppliers and loading points

Handle everyday logistical challenges

Weekly planning of truck movements and delivery

Updating system from loaded to delivered

Sending of load cons

Daily admin functions

Adding new transporters and updating insurance

Invoicing

6-month Reconciliations

Opening and sending of contracts and collection of signed contracts

Collecting POD’s

Supplier payments

Loading of transport invoices

Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma

1 – 2 Years post qualification experience

Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) essential
