Currently we are searching for an Office Administrator for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  2. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  3. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
  4. Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
  5. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
  6. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  7. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Grade 12.
  2. Two to four years experience as an Office administrator.
  3. Computer literacy – Experience and regular use of Microsoft Office suite, to at least an Intermediate level.
  4. Able to deal with work of a confidential nature.
  5. Highly organized multi-tasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Goal orientated and ability to strive for excellent customer service.
