What will you do?

The successful candidate will be required to efficiently and effectively liaise and manage the New Business support email address. Provide timely and professional feedback to distribution or within the department 

What will make you successful in this role?
  • Manage all New Business related supporting documents received
  • Effective record keeping of scanned documents and requirments 
  • Quality assurance of all documents received for scanning and processing
  • Processing of Alterations and Amendmends on existing business
  • Timeous feedback and effective client service to stakeholders
  • Systems testing,error detecting and reporting
  • Detection, reporting and follow up on systemand process related matters
  • Handling broker and agents queries professionally and providing excellent service
  • Remain within Service Level Agreement as agreed by management 
  • Commitment to work overtime
Qualifications and Experience
  • Grade 12. A diploma in Business Administration will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an insurance/new business industry/enviroment
Knowledge and Skills
New Business processing
Receive requests for and generation of quotations
Undertake ongoing conservation activities and monitoring
Existing Business processing and reporting
Marketing, liaison and relationship building
