Our client is in the property market with branches nationally.They are looking for a dynamic individual with a friendly approach and can work independently in ensuring the smooth running of the administration.

Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirments:

  • Minimum 3 years experince in the role
  • Fully computer literate – working with spreadsheets including excel  Powepoint presentation advantages
  • Valid drivers license
  • Good office acumen

Job Functions:

  •  Assistant to Directors and brokers
  •  Office manager
  •  Typing
  •  Answering of phones when required
  •  Arrange meetings
  •  Telephone follow-ups
  •  Processing data
  •  Limited deliveries / work out of the office
  •  General administrative work
  •  Posting
  •  Assist with general queries
  •  Filing
  •  Handling EAAB tasks
  •  Managing of brokers cellphones
  •  Ordering and managing boards and general marketing
  •  Overseeing general IT within the office
  • Co-ordination of office functions/events
  • Duties not limited to
