Preference will be given to previously disadvantaged candidates Location: Midrand Position Overview: As the Lead Commercial Excellence, one will be expected to translate the company vision into an operational strategy and define concrete execution priorities which are aligned with business goals. Drive the commercial effectiveness and excellence within the portfolio by taking full ownership of the commercial excellence tools implementation and adaptations. Collaborate closely with the commercial functions to develop and implement a tailored roadmap for each country to fully implement the tools available within the commercial excellence pillar. One will support the countries in the implementation phase by providing both technical trainings as well as helping the countries fully utilizing and capitalizing the value of the tools. Minimum Requirements:
Completed Medical Science degree or higher is preferred
Business Management qualification is an advantage
Essential Experience required:
At least 8 years commercial experience in the medical industry with at least 5 years in Account Management / Sales Management
Proven sales track record at key account / outsourced partner level within the medical diagnostic industry
Strong working knowledge of commercial / or working experience in the Africa market
Evidence of strong influencing and negotiation skills
Evidence of strong business acumen
Must be open to both domestic and international Travel
MS office (all packages at advanced level) and CRM system exposure
Strong planning and organising (project management) skills
