Junior HR Administrator with in a Call Center

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric.
  • Human Resources Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months experience in a similar role.
  • Understand HR and Admin processes.
  • Working knowledge of HR administration.
  • Highly computer literate.
  • Co-ordinate all staff queries.
  • Maintaining staff files.
  • Recruitment and selection.
  • Assist with Co ordination of training and development
