  • Understanding instructions
  • Typing Speed of 35 – 40 words per minute.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric with 2- 3  years’ experience within a contact centre environment


Job Purpose:


Interact with customer in a compliant and customer centric manner in order to secure a Promise to Pay in order to achieve collections and arrear targets
