Introduction

The successful candidates’ core function will be a support role to the Service Help desk, maintenance contract desk and workshop administration requirements.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating, managing and invoicing of monthly Maintenance Contracts
  • Load test schedule and report. Ensuring certificates are uploaded on the system
  • Invoicing of Retail, Maintenance and Internal invoices
  • Pulling required reports off the system for Managers
  • Oversee the Call Monitoring System in the Call Centre
  • Collection/Invoicing of excess Hours
  • Servicing schedule and report
  • Sorting customer queries
  • General Service Admin functions

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • Matric.
  • Must have a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Must have an outgoing personality to work with technicians, foremen and customers.
  • Must have the ability to work fast and accurate under pressure.
  • Knowledge of Autoline and Qlikview an advantage
  • Good with customers
