The successful candidates’ core function will be a support role to the Service Help desk, maintenance contract desk and workshop administration requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Creating, managing and invoicing of monthly Maintenance Contracts
- Load test schedule and report. Ensuring certificates are uploaded on the system
- Invoicing of Retail, Maintenance and Internal invoices
- Pulling required reports off the system for Managers
- Oversee the Call Monitoring System in the Call Centre
- Collection/Invoicing of excess Hours
- Servicing schedule and report
- Sorting customer queries
- General Service Admin functions
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Must have a minimum 2 years’ relevant experience with strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Must have an outgoing personality to work with technicians, foremen and customers.
- Must have the ability to work fast and accurate under pressure.
- Knowledge of Autoline and Qlikview an advantage
- Good with customers
