  • Present the Rich Products range of frozen non-dairy and bakery products to our clients and ensuring that all our products are listed correctly with the correct pricing.
  • Acquire new customers and build lasting relationships with them.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets, by product, month and fiscal year.
  • Participate in and implement our sales strategies by, helping our customers to build their businesses by continuously checking on the quality of their products on merchandising techniques and product innovation.
  • Oversee the training of associates of our customers by organizing training sessions in the RichTech™ training facility.
  • Negotiate at management level.
  • Regular reporting on calls to customers, market trends, activities of the opposition and new opportunities for us to do business.
  • Ensure that price increases are communicated in the proper manner to our customers.
  • Arrange, bake off, set up and run the relevant Trade Shows.
  • Execute any other reasonable duty that is given to you by any member of management.
  • Full responsibility for the baking of the Rich Products range
  • Bake for open days and customer demos
  • Full regional responsibility for the Foodservice channel and all related customers
  • Presentation and preparation of regional business plans by customer


Experience and Education


  • Sales experience of FMCG, frozen foods or bakery products.
  • Baking & Culinary Experience
  • Previous experience in Foodservice is essential
  • Experience working with Distributors will be an advantage
  • A relevant Food Industry Diploma or Degree
