Field Sales Rep


Job Purpose:

Selpal is seeking an energetic and organized Field Sales Representative to manage Selpal devices in dedicated outlets as assigned from time to time and
manage customer accounts to ensure maximum sales to optimize the potential of the area and to achieve targets as assigned from time to time.

Start on fixed term contract and work your way into a permanent contract!

The position will report to the Area Sales Manager. The team requires an organized and trustworthy individual to perform this function.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics
  • Valid Driver’s License, own vehicle & willing to travel
  • 2- 3 years FMCG Sales experience will be advantageous
  • Strong MS Office experience

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Visit all customers in assigned territory on agreed call cycle and build strong relationships with customers
  • Optimise customers trading in assigned territory to be at required %
  • Achieve monthly total sales target as determined from time to time
  • Drive direct deposits in all outlets
  • Daily cash collections in accordance with company policy
  • Zero overdue deposits daily
  • Aggressively build the Selpal brand with current and prospective customers
