Currently we are searching for a Customer service Representative for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint.
  2. Manage large amounts of incoming and outbound calls.
  3. Determining the cause of the problem;
  4. Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  5. Expediting correction or adjustment.
  6. Phone customers daily once job or remote fault is completed.
  7. Following up to ensure resolution.
  8. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  9. Process customer accounts and file documents.
  10. Keep records of customer interactions,

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Matric.
  2. Minimum of two years customer service representative experience
  3. Customer Service certificate (desirable).
  4. Computer literacy/Microsoft Office.
  5. Track record of over-achieving quota.
  6. Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  7. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  8. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
