    Computer literate – working knowledge of Microsoft office
    Experience in the courier/logistics/freight industry
    Meticulous, attention to detail
    Working knowledge of Parcel Perfect and Cargowise would be advantageous
    Sound understanding of Customs Tariffs
    Professional telephone manner and e-mail etiquette
    Work well under pressure
    Team player
    Job Specification

    Booking and following up on collections
    Handling and following up on queries
    Processing and following up on quotes
    Updating notes and PODs on the system
    Distinguish between different commodities
    Follow internal systems and procedures
    Liaise with customer Service; operations and agents
    Various administrative functions that may be requested from time to time
