Providing cost-effective private offices, virtual office assistants, coworking workspaces and membership packages which cater for companies as big as 100 people.

The Senior Sales Executive will be tasked with sourcing new corporate tenants for the company portfolio and handling incoming leads for a group of properties. Once prepared enough, you will meet new clients with a view to closing deals. You will be given all the resources and training required, and will report into the Sales Manager and CEO, both of whom will assist you to close deals. The position may require overtime work as and when projects and deadline require, as well as travel; this will be compensated on a per-kilometre basis, or on an S&T basis if required to stay overnight.

  • 3-5 years’ working experience in similar position

Package & Remuneration

R30,000 per month plus commission

  • Commission on inbound sales
  • Commission of 5% on lease contracts concluded from incoming leads
  • This will be paid monthly, and is based on one month’s total rent
  • Commission is paid once-off and not per month for the lease period
  • These pertain to any leads sent to the Sales Executive by a company representative, such as the SM and CEO. E.g. instant offices, company website, social media
  • Monthly targets apply Commission on outbound office deals sales
  • Commission of 5% on lease contracts concluded with new sourced business
  • Commission of 2.5% on lease contracts concluded with channel partners
  • Commission is paid monthly for length of lease for outbound sales above, for as long as tenant pays each month
  • As long as leases are intact and tenants are paying, the Sales Executive will continue to be paid this annuity income
  • Monthly targets apply Commission on sales of training, meeting and events spaces
  • If the Sales Executive sells any of these products, he/she will be paid a 10% once-off commission of the value of the booking
