Need to be able to deal with all forms and types of customers. Know how to calm customers down if needed.
Deal with couriers on a daily basis.
Thorough communication via telephone calls and emails is very important.
Assist in other positions and departments in accordance with operational requirements
Assist with general stock takes
Adhere and enforce health and safety regulations
Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards

Related tertiary qualification will be advantageous and/or relevant experience
Excellent follow through and sense of completion ability a must
Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)
Must be prepared to work overtime / weekends in accordance with operational requirements
Good interpersonal skills
Must be able to work unsupervised
Knowledge of credit/debit card electronic machines advantageous
