The above position is vacant at Fidelity Cash Solutions Midrand –Head office.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Clear criminal record
  • Matric certificate
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):

  • Client & Service Queries
  • Service Amendments
  • Contract Terminations
  • Insurance Policy Applications & Amendments
  • Processing of Contract Name Changes & Change of Ownership
  • Ad Hoc Services (Communicate directly with Branches)
  • Assist with queries relating to Billing Department
