  • Our company is looking for energetic and reliable Call Centre Agents to join our team as Call Centre Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers, should have a high level of Communication in sale marketing and ability to liaison with customers through a telephone. Responsibilities and Duties: Your role is to answer and make calls to customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company Input data into the company computer platform to keep each customer record updated as computer knowledge will be advantageous. Free training will be provided with or without experience. Requirements: Matric. Fully bilingual in English. With or Without Experience.
