  • Qualifications and Experience:

    Clear criminal and ITC record
    Computer Literacy – MS Office: Work, Excel, Outlook.
    Basic Life Support Qualification
    English and Afrikaans
    EE Candidates will receive preference
    Minimum 5 year working experience
    Within a Call Centre environment
    Administrative or structured environment with customer interaction.
    Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

    Main Activities:

    To answer all incoming calls within SLA’s
    To capture all calls on relevant systems according to policies and procedures
    Manage all cases professionally and efficiently within the correct time frames
    To assist with all client queries and requests
    Clear Knowledge and understanding of policy wording, systems, processes and procedures
