Contact clients Telephonic and Directly
Answering incoming calls.
Capturing data according to required standard
Doing follow ups to ensure client satisfaction
Managing different accounts.
Handling irate clients in a professional matter
Providing excellent and efficient service.
Grade 11-12 or equivalent.
Computer knowledge. (Office Word Efficiency)
Excellent communication skills.
