Currently we are searching for a Call center Agent for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Responsible to respond to a targeted amount of calls accurately within a specific time frame thereby meeting set service standards.
  2. Responsible for being first port of call for customers dealing with queries.
  3. Assist online customers with app related queries.
  4. Meet customer expectations by being knowledgeable, professional and courteous to ensuring one-contact resolution.
  5. Complete daily productivity reports in Microsoft Excel for any outbound work.
  6. Assisting with ad hoc data capturing as well as updating customer information.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Must have matric or equivalent.
  2. Must be computer literate preferably proficient in MS Outlook, Word and Excel at beginner level
  3. Must be able to speak clearly and communicate well in English.
  4. Must be able to accurately type 20 – 30 words per minute.
