This is an exciting new role for someone responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in offering administrative support, covering reports, quotes, invoices, payments, customer queries and general operational requirements to facilitate the smooth running of the branch. Health and Safety experience will be important.

Job Description
Responsible to compile the service and sales packs
Request and facilitate supplier quotes
Submission of quotes to procurement
Submission of invoices to finance
Monthly branch reports
Resolving customer queries
Responsible for the debtor’s book
Assist in managing yard activities
Participate in monthly stock counts, allocation and submission of report to H/O
Keep the branch forecast up to date
Health And Safety requirements and implementation
Minimum Requirements
3 – 5 yrs administrative experience
Experience in stock control
Experience in health and safety requirements
Computer Literate
