Responsibilities  

  • Balanced portfolios for all managers & trainees by ensuring an even distribution of clients throughout the year as well as balance hours of all staff
  • Arrange trainees to attend courses identified
  • Administration of Director portfolio’s
  • Approval of leave applications for 50 Audit Trainees
  • Ensure managers do forward planning for their staff and audit.
  • Manage conflicts planning by proactively liaising with the managers and partners on the conflicting engagements
  • Effectively schedule and logistics arrangements for all technical trainings for the entire firm throughout the year
  • Ensure compliance to CPD hours
  • Review accreditation and communicate periodically to staff
  • Manage admin of the balance score card for the department
  • Accurate and reliable planning across a 6-month period for managers and trainees to their clients
  • Trainees to achieve core hour and productivity targets
  • Create and analyze PVC report & Missing time sheets
  • Immediately follow completion of an auditor, roll forwards all planning
  • Ensure that there is limited unconfirmed planning
  • Identifying right people/ auditors for right clients depending on their level
  • Ensure that leave approved / rejected timorously and planned on retain on a daily basis
  • Plan & execute directors, managers and trainees’ meetings for the year
  • Balanced portfolios for all trainees by ensuring an even distribution of clients throughout the year as well as balance hours of all staff
  • Planning events of Audit Trainees (APC & ITC results celebration, Third year retention farewell)
  • Assist the Product Champion Team with File archiving process
  • Other admin – Monthly allocation of tenders for directors and managers
  • Manage staff productivity monthly.
  • Create Organogram

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • 3 – 5 years’ work experience
