Currently we are searching for an Administration Assistant for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  1. Provide general administrative support to the relevant department.
  2. Perform data capturing as required.
  3. Provide support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents.
  4. Take receipt of and send faxes and emails on behalf of the department.
  5. Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the filing system.
  6. Handle telephonic queries on behalf of the department.

Requirements of this Post:

  1. Grade 12.
  2. One years administrative experience.
  3. Customer Service Oriented.
  4. Accurate and meticulous.
  5. Proficiency in relevant software packages and applications.
