  • Reports to the Project Health and Safety Manager
  • Functional responsibility to the AEM regional Administration Lead

Key responsibilities:

Assists the Project Health and Safety manager to:

  • Maintain project health and safety data
  • Enter data into the Hatch / Client safety information management systems
  • Collate site hours worked for the construction contractors on a weekly basis
  • Assist with all Health and Safety Administration and office related functions
  • Compiles project Health and Safety reports for review and approval by the Project Health and Safety Manager
  • Assist with Health and Safety reporting and presentation materials
  • Take and maintain minutes of project Health and Safety meetings
  • Ensures that all project Health and Safety Reporting is submitted within the communicated reporting periods

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a Health and Safety administration role
  • Computer literate with expert skills in
    • MS Excel
    • MS Word
    • MS Outlook
    • MS PowerPoint
  • A basic qualification in Health and Safety will be an advantage
